What We Like About the Mosa TW Whipped Cream Dispenser

Mosa is a well known brand in the whipping siphon area. Their TW model has a silicon gasket so it can be used in both hot and cold applications and the body is solid aluminum. It works with both N2O and CO2 so you can foam or carbonate any liquids.

The Mosa comes with 3 different tips so the foams can be more easily shaped. The head also comes off for easy cleaning. The pint size is also perfect for most home applications including foams, sauces, and infusions.

What We Don't Like About the Mosa TW Whipped Cream Dispenser

The dispensing trigger can be a little sensitive and it would be nice if the included tips where metal instead of plastic.
