Ingredients for Sous Vide Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

  • For the Pumpkin Spice Infused Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pumpkin spice tea bag
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 2 pieces whole clove
  • 1 piece allspice

Cooking Instructions for Sous Vide Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

For the Pumpkin Spice Infused Simple Syrup

Heat your circulator to 165°F (73.9°C).

Mix all ingredients together.

Cook for 3 hours, shaking vigorously twice during the cooking process.

Strain and serve.
